111xp Terms & Conditions — Official Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 111xp ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content available on the 111xp platform, accessible at https://111xp.org and any associated subdomains or applications.

1.2 111xp operates as an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting platform. All services offered by 111xp — including casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, sports betting markets including PSL cricket betting, and payment processing — are provided subject to these Terms.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 111xp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 111xp.

1.4 111xp reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their 111xp account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.5 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the 111xp platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 111xp reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using 111xp is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations before registering or placing any wagers on the 111xp platform.

2.3 Registration Requirements. To create a 111xp account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly should it change.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 111xp platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 111xp may use technical means including IP address monitoring, device fingerprinting, and payment method matching to identify duplicate accounts.

2.5 KYC Verification. 111xp is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit identity documents, address verification documents, and payment method verification at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 111xp account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 111xp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 111xp will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Accuracy. All information provided to 111xp in connection with your account must be truthful, accurate, and current. The submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without notice.

3.4 Account Transfers. 111xp accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings held within it to any third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. 111xp currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no conversion fees applied by 111xp. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are beyond 111xp's control.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your 111xp account and are subject to change. Limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at 111xp's discretion following KYC review.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallet withdrawals during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. To comply with AML obligations, 111xp requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Excess winnings may be withdrawn to an alternative verified payment method upon request.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may only fund your 111xp account using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made by family members — are strictly prohibited and may trigger a full account review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers made available by 111xp are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of the offer. General eligibility requires: (a) a fully registered and verified 111xp account; (b) compliance with all platform Terms; (c) the player not being subject to any active responsible gaming restrictions; and (d) the player being aged 21 or above.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 111xp actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus more than once; staking patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; and collusion between players to maximise bonus extraction. Where bonus abuse is identified, 111xp reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.

5.5 Promotion Modifications. 111xp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where circumstances require it to do so. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes except where required by law or licensing obligations.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the 111xp platform — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, Teen Patti, and all other titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Independently verified Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within the information section of each game.

6.2 Game Rules. Each game on the 111xp platform is governed by its individual rules, accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay, and these Terms shall prevail for all matters relating to accounts, payments, and conduct.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or system failure affecting a game, 111xp reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return the wagered amount to the player's account. No liability shall arise from 111xp for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of wagered stakes.

6.4 Disconnection Policy. If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the applicable game rules. Your 111xp account will reflect the outcome of any completed round regardless of whether you were connected when it concluded.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 111xp sports markets — including PSL cricket betting, international cricket, and other sports — are accepted subject to the availability of the market and the accuracy of the odds at the time of placement. 111xp reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion.

7.2 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the commencement of play. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your 111xp betting history, the odds are locked. For in-play markets, odds fluctuate in real time and the odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

7.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation; event postponement beyond applicable rules; obvious pricing errors; market suspension; or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are returned to the player's account at stake value.

7.4 Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market, as displayed in the relevant market information on the 111xp sportsbook. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable payout limit, the maximum payout amount will be paid.

7.5 Integrity of Sport. 111xp supports the integrity of all sports competitions. Any player found to be engaged in or aware of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other forms of corruption affecting events available to bet on via 111xp must report this to support immediately. 111xp cooperates fully with relevant sporting authorities and law enforcement agencies on integrity matters.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 111xp platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play casino games;
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an advantage over the house or other players;
• Using the 111xp platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that facilitates money laundering;
• Attempting to reverse transactions, initiate chargebacks, or dispute legitimate charges with your payment provider;
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine entertainment play (bonus abuse);
• Accessing or attempting to access 111xp systems or data without authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the 111xp platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 111xp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment. 111xp strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to monitor their gaming activity regularly.

9.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all 111xp account holders from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a period you have pre-defined.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the 111xp platform for a period of your choosing, ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Requests to reverse self-exclusion before the exclusion period has expired will not be honoured.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up notifications at regular intervals displaying your session duration and net gaming result.

9.3 Underage Gaming Prevention. All 111xp services are strictly for players aged 21 and above. If you suspect that a minor is accessing the platform using your account, you must notify 111xp immediately and change your account credentials. 111xp uses age verification measures during registration and may request proof of age at any time.

9.4 Problem Gambling Support. If gaming is no longer a source of entertainment and has become a source of distress, financial hardship, or compulsion, we urge you to use the self-exclusion tool and to seek support from a qualified problem gambling service in your region.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the 111xp platform — including but not limited to the 111xp brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audiovisual content — is the property of 111xp or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 111xp platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any 111xp content.

10.3 You may not use any 111xp intellectual property — including the 111xp name, brand marks, or game content — in any manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without prior written consent from 111xp.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111xp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 111xp platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

11.2 111xp's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your 111xp account at the time the claim arises.

11.3 111xp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the 111xp platform.

11.4 111xp is not liable for any delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion beyond our reasonable control.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 111xp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on 111xp and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 111xp implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions and secure storage of KYC documentation.

12.3 111xp may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, including reporting obligations to licensing authorities, financial intelligence units, and law enforcement agencies in connection with AML compliance.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 111xp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — 111xp will provide at least 7 days' notice via email to your registered address before the changes take effect.

13.2 Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by law) may take effect without prior notice.

13.3 Your continued use of the 111xp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 111xp holds its international gaming license.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute, you must first contact the 111xp support team via live chat or email at [email protected] to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter. We aim to acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between you and 111xp within 30 days of formal notification, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution procedures provided by the relevant gaming licensing authority under whose jurisdiction 111xp operates.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 111xp with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
